Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy describes the principles of processing your information by the Operator, including personal data and cookies.

1. General information

This policy applies to the www website operating at the URL:
The service operator and the personal data administrator is:

Jakub Nowikowski ul. Legionów 102B/73 81-472 Gdynia

The operator's email contact address:
The operator is the administrator of your personal data concerning data voluntarily provided in the service.

The service uses personal data for the following purposes:
Presenting offer or information

The service performs the function of collecting information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
By voluntarily entering data into forms, which are then entered into the operator's systems.
By storing cookie files ("cookies") on end devices.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

Login and personal data entry areas are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This encrypts personal and login data entered on the website in the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the operator with the key can read it. This protects the data in case the database is stolen from the server.
User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works unidirectionally - it cannot be reversed, which is currently the modern standard for storing user passwords.
The service uses two-factor authentication, providing an additional form of login protection.
The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
Regular updates of all software used by the operator for personal data processing, including regular updates of software components, are essential for data protection.

3. Hosting

The service is hosted (technically maintained) on operator servers: SeoHost

4. Your rights and additional information about data usage

In some situations, the administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to fulfill the contract with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the administrator. This applies to such recipient groups:

postal operators

Your personal data processed by the administrator will not be stored longer than necessary for activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). Regarding marketing data, it will not be processed for more than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the administrator:

access to your personal data,
their correction,
processing restrictions,
and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing referred to in point 3.3 c) regarding the processing of personal data for the purposes of the administrator's legitimate interests, including profiling. However, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legal grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, especially the establishment, investigation, or defense of legal claims.

You have the right to lodge a complaint about the actions of the administrator with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the service.

Actions may be taken against you involving automated decision-making, including profiling, to provide services under the concluded contract and for direct marketing conducted by the administrator.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that they are not transmitted outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.

In some cases, the service may save information facilitating the connection of data in the form with the user's email address filling out the form. In such a case, the user's email address appears inside the url address of the page containing the form.

Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the specific form function, e.g., to process a service request or business contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is used for.

6. Administrator logs

Information about user behavior on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used for website administration.

7. Significant marketing techniques

The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not transfer personal data to this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. Regarding user preference information collected by the Google advertising network, users can view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool:
The operator uses remarketing techniques that allow tailoring advertising messages to user behavior on the site. It may create the illusion that user personal data is being used for tracking, but in practice, no additional personal data is transmitted from the operator to the advertising operators. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled support for cookie files.
The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) to know that a person registered with them is using the service. In this case, it is based on data for which it is the administrator; the operator does not provide any additional personal data to the Facebook service. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
The operator uses an automated solution to operate the service for users, e.g., sending an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided the user has consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the operator.

8. Information about cookie files

The service uses cookies.
